Insulation Work: Sound & Heat Insulation with Resomat

I saw an ad in Just Cars magazine and decided to try that Australian made insulation material (yes magazine ads work!). It's Resomat and their show room is in Dandenong, Melbourne. We bought a bulk tile pack which covers 3.5 sqm and started from passenger door. So you will find our detailed explanation about how to remove door panel and experience with Resomat here:

We have used a guide from SAU page, it was very useful but I thought it can be improved, so tried to capture as much as possible photos and make everything clear for people have no experience at all.

Door panel removal:

Tools required: Philips head screwdriver and basic door panel removal tools (bought one for $5) .
